Rooney Mara is getting in a workout.

The 39-year-old Carol actress, who is pregnant with her second child, arrived at a studio for a ballet class on Wednesday morning (April 17) in Los Angeles.

For the ballet class, Rooney wore a black cropped sweater over a black leotard paired with black sweatpants, black sneakers, and sunglasses.

It was confirmed in February that Rooney and longtime love Joaquin Phoenix are expecting their second child together after she was seen cradling her baby bump at the 2024 Berlin Film Festival.

She and the 49-year-old Oscar-winning actor quietly got engaged in 2019 after first meeting in 2012 on the set of the sci-fi drama Her. The two have a son River, who was born in 2020.

Joaquin will next be starring alongside Lady Gaga in the highly-anticipated Joker: Folie à Deux, which hits theaters on October 4. Watch the first trailer here!

The 38-year-old La Cocina star is expecting her second baby with fiancé Joaquin Phoenix, People reports.

The actress attended the premiere of La Cocina at the Berlin Film Festival in Germany on Friday evening (February 16), where she cradled her growing baby bump under a long black dress.

Rooney Mara is hard at work promoting her new movie La Cocina at the 74th Berlinale International Film Festival on Friday (February 16) in Berlin, Germany.

The 38-year-old actress attended a photocall for the movie at the Grand Hyatt Hotel before changing into a new look for the premiere at the Berlinale Palast.

At the photocall, Rooney wore a black suit over a matching shirt and slicked her hair back into a sleek bun.

Joaquin Phoenix and Rooney Mara are stepping out for the night.

The longtime couple arrived at Chiltern Firehouse for dinner on Thursday night (November 16) in London, England.

For their outing, Joaquin, 49, wore a black suit while Rooney, 38, bundled up in a fuzzy brown coat.

Before their dinner outing, Joaquin hit the red carpet at the UK premiere of his new movie Napoleon alongside co-star Vanessa Kirby and director Ridley Scott.

Earlier in the week, Rooney joined Joaquin at the Paris premiere of the new movie.

In an interview from earlier this year, Rooney shared some very rare comments about her and Joaquin‘s son River, who was born in 2020.

Joaquin Phoenix has the support of his real-life partner Rooney Mara at the premiere of his new film Napoleon, though they skipped the red carpet photo op.

The Oscar-winning actor was joined by co-star Vanessa Kirby on the red carpet at the event on Tuesday (November 14) at Salle Pleyel in Paris, France.

Also in attendance were co-star Tahar Rahim and director Ridley Scott with wife Giannina Facio.

Napoleon is a spectacle-filled action epic that details the checkered rise and fall of the iconic French Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte. The film captures Bonaparte’s relentless journey to power through the prism of his addictive, volatile relationship with his one true love, Josephine, showcasing his visionary military and political tactics against some of the most dynamic practical battle sequences ever filmed.

The longtime couple hosted a special screening of the new documentary The Smell of Money on Saturday evening (October 14) at the Laemmle Monica Film Center in Santa Monica, Calif.

The documentary’s director Shawn Bannon, writer Jamie Berger, and producer Michelle Cho were also in attendance.
