Good news for Star Trek fans – the fourth movie is still happening!
It has been a couple of years since we’ve had an update on the planned movie, and now we know the latest on where it stands.
News of the fourth film was first revealed in February 2022, surprising the cast and fans, but later that year, was removed from the release schedule.

The Boys season four has a confirmed release date on Prime Video!
The streaming service said today that season four’s first three episodes will drop on June 13, 2024. Each week after that, a new episode will be released.
In season four, the world is on the brink. Victoria Neuman is closer than ever to the Oval Office and under the muscly thumb of Homelander, who is consolidating his power. Butcher, with only months to live, has lost Becca’s son and his job as The Boys’ leader. The rest of the team are fed up with his lies. The Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One press tour is coming to a close as the movie is about to hit theaters everywhere!
Tom Cruise and nearly the full cast of the movie walked the red carpet together at the NYC premiere on Monday night (July 10) at the Rose Theater at Jazz at Lincoln Center in New York City.
The 60-year-old actor was joined by co-stars Hayley Atwell, Simon Pegg, Rebecca Ferguson, Vanessa Kirby, Esai Morales, Pom Klementieff, Mariela Garriga, Henry Czerny, Shea Whigham, Greg Tarzan Davis, and Cary Elwes.
Also in attendance was Tom‘s Top Gun: Maverick co-star Danny Ramirez.
In Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One, Ethan Hunt (Cruise) and his IMF team embark on their most dangerous mission yet: To track down a terrifying new weapon that threatens all of humanity before it falls into the wrong hands. With control of the future and the fate of the world at stake, and dark forces from Ethan’s past closing in, a deadly race around the globe begins. Confronted by a mysterious, all-powerful enemy, Ethan is forced to consider that nothing can matter more than his mission – not even the lives of those he cares about most.
The movie will be released in theaters on July 12.

Pom Klementieff and Simon Pegg are taking a break from promoting their new movie Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One.
On Monday (July 3), the co-stars stopped by Bondi Beach in Australia for a picnic with friends.
After attending the movie’s Sydney premiere alongside the likes of Tom Cruise (who also celebrated his 61st birthday with fireworks) and Hayley Atwell, the pair appeared to have a fantastic time cutting loose and relaxing surfside.

Tom Cruise celebrated his 61st birthday in a big way at the Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One premiere in Sydney!
Alongside co-stars Hayley Atwell, Pom Klementieff and Simon Pegg, as well as director Christpoher McQuarrie, the actor kicked off his celebrations with a massive firework show at ICC Sydney in Australia on Monday (July 3).
Tom arrived a few hours earlier to meet with as many fans as possible and was surprised at one fans’ poster that wished him a Happy Birthday.
After posing for pictures with his castmates, Tom lit the fuse that kicked off a huge Mission: Impossible themed firework show over Darling Harbor.
Just the day before, the cast were spotted at the photo call for the film.
Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One is out on July 12.
