T.I. and Tameka “Tiny” Harris are facing new allegations.
The couple have been accused of drugging and sexually assaulting a woman in Los Angeles in 2005, according to a lawsuit filed on January 2, via ET.
A woman identified as Jane Doe is alleging sexual battery, battery, sexual assault, negligence, false imprisonment, intentional infliction of emotional distress.

T.I. wraps his arm around Tiny while out and about in Los Angeles on Thursday night (February 10).
The 41-year-old rapper and actor, and wife Tiny, were seen out with a few of their friends, grabbing some dinner and drinks before heading to The Nice Guy in West Hollywood.
This makes T.I. and Tiny‘s first appearance since being involved in a sexual assault case last year.
The couple had been investigated over allegations of sexually assaulting and drugging multiple women, but were ultimately cleared of any charges because of the 10-year statute of limitations. The incident involved in the case happened 16 years ago.
Prosecutors in Las Vegas also decided not to pursue allegations against the pair, filed by other victims.
Just recently, T.I. was spotted out at the BMF premiere in Atlanta.
Snoop Dogg makes a grand entrance on stage for his performance during the BMF premiere screening held at Cellairis Amphitheatre at Lakewood on Thursday night (September 23) in Atlanta, Ga.
The rapper was joined on stage by several other musicians, including series executive producer 50 Cent, Moneybagg Yo and more.
50 Cent, Moneybagg Yo and Snoop Dog even performed the series’ title song “Wish Me Luck” for the crowd of fans and partygoers.

The Los Angeles Police Department has confirmed that rapper and actor T.I. is being investigated for allegations of sexually assaulting and drugging multiple women.
Rumors had been spreading that both T.I. and his wife Tameka “Tiny” Harris were being investigated, but the LAPD only confirmed the investigation into the rapper.
“There is an active investigation into Clifford Harris,” Officer William Cooper told Deadline, using the entertainer’s real name.

The couple issued a statement amid allegations from three more women, accusing them of sexual assault, on Tuesday (April 6).
“The Harrises are still waiting for the accusers to reveal themselves publicly. By continuing to hide behind anonymous allegations, the unnamed accusers effectively render themselves not credible and unworthy of belief. We say: Let the light shine on their identities so we can go about disproving these scurrilous accusations,” their lawyer Steve Sadow said in a statement to Billboard.
The unnamed women are being represented by attorney Tyrone A. Blackburn.
