Kate Walsh & Alicia Silverstone Support Opening Night of 'Ink' on Broadway!

Kate Walsh and Alicia Silverstone are all smiles as they strike a pose at the opening night of Ink on Broadway held at the Samuel J. Friedman Theatre on Wednesday (April 24) in New York City.

The 51-year-old Umbrella Academy star and the 42-year-old American Woman star were joined at the event by Patrick Breen, Josh Radnor, Dear Evan Hansen‘s Taylor Trensch and RuPaul’s Drag Race star Peppermint.

Set in 1969 London, the new Rupert Goold-directed drama follows a brash, young Rupert Murdoch on the verge of founding the U.K.’s most influential newspaper.

Ink is scheduled to play through June 23.

Ben Platt Visits 'Dear Evan Hansen' to Watch Friend Taylor Trensch in the Role!

Ben Platt has returned to Broadway’s Dear Evan Hansen… as an audience member!

The 24-year-old Tony-winning actor sat in the audience and watched his friend Taylor Trensch perform the role, which he originated.

“I saw a musical. These people were in it. They were good. The boy on the left made me cry,” Ben captioned a photo on Instagram with Taylor and his leading lady Laura Dreyfuss.

Tony winner Rachel Bay Jones, who plays Evan’s mom in the musical, also posted a photo with the two Evans.

Taylor will be starring in the show through the end of the year. Go see it!!!

Noah Galvin & Taylor Trensch to Replace Ben Platt in 'Dear Evan Hansen'

Ben Platt won a Tony Award for his performance in the musical Dear Evan Hansen and now the show’s new stars have been announced!

The 23-year-old actor will play his final performance in the show on November 19 and he will be replaced by Noah Galvin.

Noah, best known for his work on ABC’s The Real O’Neals, will play a limited run in the musical starting on November 21.

Taylor Trensch, who is currently starring on Broadway in Hello, Dolly!, will then join the show in mid-January 2018.
