Amanda Seyfried is opening up about what it was like co-starring with her real life husband, Thomas Sadoski, in Apple TV+’s The Crowded Room.
The couple, who have two children together, star as Rya, a clinical psychologist faced with the most challenging case of her career, and Matty Dunne, a detective.
Together, they spoke to Page Six about working together on the project.

Tom Holland is celebrating his 27th birthday at the premiere of his new Apple TV+ series!
The young actor was joined by co-stars Amanda Seyfried and Emmy Rossum on the red carpet at the premiere event on Thursday (June 1) at the Museum of Modern Art in New York City.
More cast members in attendance included Amanda‘s real-life husband Thomas Sadoski, Will Chase, Laila Robins, Emma Laird, Henry Eikenberry, Nuala Cleary, Stephen Barrington, Thomas Parobek, and Zachary Golinger.
Also in attendance was Henry‘s girlfriend, model Delilah Belle Hamlin.
Starring and executive produced by Tom, The Crowded Room is a “gripping, 10-episode limited series that stars Holland as Danny Sullivan, a man who is arrested following his involvement in a shooting in New York City in 1979. Amanda Seyfried is celebrating her husband Thomas Sadoski‘s new movie Devotion.
The 36-year-old The Dropout star hosted a screening event for the movie at the Crosby Street Hotel on Wednesday night (November 16) in New York City.
The event was attended by some of the movie’s other stars including Glen Powell and Jonathan Majors.

The 35-year-old actor walked the red carpet at the premiere of their new movie Devotion on Tuesday night (November 15) at the Regency Village Theatre in Los Angeles.
Also in attendance at the event were co-stars Christina Jackson, Joe Jonas, Thomas Sadoski, Daren Kagasoff, Nick Hargrove, and Spencer Neville.
Glen was joined on the carpet by his girlfriend, model and fashion designer Gigi Paris.
For those who don’t know, Michael and Jonathan are starring together in the upcoming film Creed III and they are both part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Devotion, which hits theaters on November 23, centers on Jesse Brown and Tom Hudner, who were real life U.S. Navy fighter pilots. The two young men are from different worlds and were initiated together into the VF-32 squadron. The real life married couple will be starring in the Apple TV+ limited series, alongside Tom Holland, Emmy Rossum and many more.
During a quick break from filming their scene together, Amanda switched up her sleek brown loafers into a pair of comfy Crocs.
The Crowded Room, according to the release, is an anthology series that will explore inspirational stories of those who have struggled, and learned to successfully live with, mental illness.
Amanda is set to play Rya, a “clinical psychologist faced with the most challenging case of her career”, while Thomas is Matty Dunne, a police detective investigating Danny’s (Holland) case.
Earlier in the week, Amanda was spotted on the set with Emmy, too.
