The Vince Staples Show is premiering this month!

The Netflix series is set to hit the streamer with five episodes dropping on Thursday (February 15).

Here’s a plot summary, via Netflix: “Strap in and prepare for foot races and high speed chases through the streets of Long Beach, CA, in the brand-new scripted comedy from the mind of rapper, actor, and producer Vince Staples. Launching in February, The Vince Staples Show stars Staples as, well, Vince Staples. In the limited comedic series, he’s thrust into adventures while navigating life as a kind of famous, kind of rich, kind of criminal (but not really) rapper. Unfortunately, anything that can go wrong usually does.”

Along with the main star, there are some other recurring guest cast members, and appearances from some guest stars!

Cynthia Erivo wows on the red carpet at the premiere of her movie Harriet on Tuesday (October 29) at the Orpheum Theatre in Los Angeles.

The 32-year-old actress was joined by her co-stars Janelle Monae, Joe Alwyn, Vanessa Bell Calloway, Vondie Curtis-Hall, Mitchell Hoog, and director Kasi Lemmons.

Also in attendance were Terry Crews with wife Rebecca, Kendrick Sampson, This Is Us‘ Jon Huertas, UnREAL‘s Jeffrey Bowyer-Chapman, comedian Loni Love, Colman Domingo, and Broadway stars Stephanie Hsu, Carly Hughes, and Jeremy Pope.

On the red carpet, Cynthia was asked by Variety about the Oscar buzz surrounding her performance.

“When you say it like that… I think I was compartmentalizing it, like little bits at a time, but when you say it all at once, it sounds really crazy and amazing. It’s just a wonderful time. It means a lot. And to be around this, doing this now with all of the things that are happening, it’s a dream come true,” she said.

Cynthia Erivo is all smiles at the screening of her new movie Harriet on Thursday evening (October 24) at the Roxy Hotel Screening Room in New York City.

The 32-year-old actress showed off her green hair while looking pretty in a white dress as she stepped out to promote her new movie.

Joining Cynthia at the screening was pal Lena Waithe along with co-stars Jennifer Nettles, Zackary Momoh, and Vanessa Bell Calloway along with director Kasi Lemmons.

Harriet will be out in theaters on November 1.

Also in attendance were director Kasi Lemmons, executive producer Nnmadi Asomugha, and Leslie‘s wife Nicolette Robinson.
