Victoria Arlen sent a message to her childhood bullies with her latest dance on Dancing With the Stars!

The 23-year-old former paralympian and current ESPN reporter performed alongside her partner Val Chmerkovskiy on Monday (October 2) in Los Angeles.

For the show’s Guilty Pleasure night, Victoria revealed that her guilty pleasure is the song “Tubthumping” by Chumbawamba. When she was bullied as a child for being in a wheelchair, she used the lyrics, “I get knocked down, but I get up again” as her personal mantra.

Victoria Arlen has been inspiring people all across America with her incredible story and powerful performances on Dancing With the Stars and now she’s opening up to Ellen DeGeneres.

The 23-year-old ESPN reporter and former paralympian appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show‘s October 2 episode with her partner Val Chmerkovskiy.

Victoria told Ellen about how she was diagnosed with two rare neurological conditions at age 11 and she was left in a vegetative state for four years during which she was aware of her surroundings, but wasn’t able to communicate.

It was a special day for Victoria Arlen during Dancing With the Stars‘ Latin Night because it was her birthday!

The newly 23-year-old former paralympian swimmer and ESPN reporter danced a rumba with partner Val Chmerkovskiy during the live taping on Tuesday (September 26) in Los Angeles.

Victoria and Val‘s performance earned a score of 20 out of 30 points and it got mixed reviews from the judges.

After the performance, Victoria was surprised with not only a birthday cake, but a bouquet of flowers from Taylor Swift. During Ballroom Night on Monday, she danced to the song “Look What You Made Me Do.”

The 22-year-old former paralympian and ESPN reporter danced with her partner Val Chmerkovskiy to the new song “Look What You Made Me Do” by Taylor Swift.

Victoria was in a three-way tie for the top score of the night – 24 out of 30 points! It marked a big improvement over her score of a 19 from last week.

The 22-year-old ESPN sports reporter performed a Cha-cha-cha alongside her partner Val Chmerkovskiy during the episode on Monday (September 18) in Los Angeles.

Victoria and Val received a score of 19 out of 30 points for their performance.

Victoria is sure to win over the hearts of Americans due to her inspiring story. She was paralyzed for 10 years and only learned to walk a year ago and still can’t feel her legs at all!
