Rob Lowe and John Owen Lowe got a ton of support from their famous friends at the premiere of their new Netflix series, Unstable!

The father and son duo were joined by longtime pals, Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger, her mom Maria Shiver, and brother, Patrick Schwarzenegger, as well as Rob‘s brother Chad Lowe.

Rob‘s wife and John‘s mom, Sheryl Berkoff, and son/brother, Matthew Lowe, were also spotted inside the premiere.

In addition to the A-list stars in attendance, Rob and John‘s co-stars Sian Clifford, Aaron Branch, Rachel Marsh, Tom Allen, Merrick McCartha, Frank Gallegos, and Chris Aquilino were also at the premiere.

Brian Michael Smith, Brianna Baker, and Natacha Karam, who star on 9-1-1 Lone Star with Rob also stepped out in support.

Julia Garner joined her husband, Mark Foster and Sven Faulconer, for the event too. Sven and Mark composed the series’ music.

Adam Sandler strikes a pose alongside Milwaukee Brewers player Christian Yelich while attending the charity softball game to benefit California Strong at Pepperdine University on Sunday (January 12) in Malibu, Calif.

The guys were joined by The Bachelor‘s Colton Underwood, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Tiffany Haddish, Paula Patton, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia‘s Rob McElhenney and Kaitlin Olson, Machine Gun Kelly, Camille Kostek, Charlie Sheen, Eli Roth and Chris Harrison at the benefit game, where they raised money for those affected by the Borderline Shooting in Thousand Oaks, and fires across the state.

“I was born and raised out here and I don’t think anybody had ever really experienced anything like that, especially not in such close proximity to each other,” Christian Yelich recently told People. “I think it was maybe a 24-hour period, if that, between the shooting and the fires. We just felt the need to give back.”

Rob Lowe believes in ghosts…sort of!

The 52-year-old actor and his sons Matthew and John Owen opened up about the paranormal during the TCA Summer Press Tour on Friday (July 28) at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The trio were there to talk about their upcoming show The Lowe Files, where they explore infamous unsolved mysteries. Rob said he even once talked to a ghost!

“There’s a device they use that the theory is it can translate – that the spirits can talk through this device, for a lack of better term. Don’t ask me how, don’t ask me the science, I don’t know,” Rob explained.

He added, “John just thinks it’s randomly programmed to say words at any given time, which it could be, but how does it know to say the word…it said the dead woman’s name where she was murdered. Judge for yourself. I don’t want to seem like a nut. I don’t want to end my career here.”

Rob Lowe brought his kids Matthew and John Owen to The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Monday (July 24), and put them to the test.

John, 20, and Matthew, 22, agreed to participate in the “Best Son Challenge” to figure out who knows the 52-year-old actor better in support of their new reality A&E series called The Lowe Files.

Rob Lowe has a new reality series with his sons Matthew and John Owen called The Lowe Files, in which they explore modern myths.

In the first episode, which premieres on Wednesday (August 2) on A&E, the trio go in search of ghosts and spirits at Preston Castle, a former boys’ reformatory in Ione, California, thought to be haunted.

“There’s varying levels of skepticism between all of us,” Matthew said while promoting the show on Good Morning America on Monday (July 24) in New York City. John adding about their dad Rob, “We have to keep him grounded. I always say he’s a borderline conspiracy theorist.”

In one upcoming episode, they search for Bigfoot and Rob claims they actually had an encounter with the “wood ape.”

“We had an incredible encounter with what locals call the wood ape, which is in the Ozark Mountains. I’m fully aware that I sound like a crazy, Hollywood kook right now,” Rob told EW. “I was lying on the ground thinking I was going to be killed.”

“A wood ape is the local vernacular for a Sasquatch or a Bigfoot,” he added. “This is what I love about our show. We have fun with all of this. We hit the bullseye between true believer and skeptic in a fun way. [The locals] talk to you about the wood ape in all seriousness. If you call it a Bigfoot or a Sasquatch, they roll their eyes… as if that makes it less outrageous.”

The Lowe Files premieres on Wednesday, August 2 on A&E.
