The 42-year-old actor hosted a star-studded screening of Peter Sarsgaard and Jessica Chastain‘s new movie Memory, directed by Michel Franco, on Thursday evening (December 14) held at the NeueHouse Cinema in New York City.
Jake‘s girlfriend Jeanne Cadieu and his sister, Peter‘s wife, Maggie Gyllenhaal were also in attendance.

The two stars attended a screening of Memory hosted by Ketchup Entertainment on Tuesday (December 5) held at The London West Hollywood at Beverly Hills in West Hollywood, Calif.

Here’s the synopsis: “Sylvia (Chastain) is a social worker who leads a simple and structured life. This is blown open when Saul (Sarsgaard) follows her home from their high school reunion. Their surprise encounter will profoundly impact both of them as they open the door to the past.”

The 46-year-old Oscar-winning actress joined co-star Peter Sarsgaard at the latest premiere of their new movie Memory held during the 2023 Toronto International Film Festival on Tuesday (September 12) at the Royal Alexandra Theatre in Toronto, Canada.

For the premiere, Jessica wore a sparkling black dress while Peter, 52, wore a dark navy suit.
Jessica and Peter were also joined at the premiere by the movie’s director Michel Franco.

The 42-year-old actor took to his Instagram account this weekend to celebrate his BIL Peter Sarsgaard‘s big win for Best Actor at the 2023 Venice Film Festival.
Peter took home the Volpi Cup award for his work in the movie Memory and he was joined at the awards ceremony by his wife Maggie Gyllenhaal, who is Jake‘s sister.

Peter Sarsgaard and Cailee Spaeny were among the winners at the 2023 Venice Film Festival!
The 52-year-old actor and the 25-year-old actress attended the closing ceremony of the film festival on Saturday (September 9) in Venice, Italy.
During the ceremony, Peter won the Volpi Cup for Best Actor for his role in Memory, while Cailee won the Volpi Cup for Best Actress for her role in Priscilla.
Director Yorgos Lanthimos won the Golden Lion for Best Film for his movie Poor Things.
Maggie Gyllenhaal attended the ceremony to support husband Peter while La La Land director Damien Chazelle, Memory director Michel Franco, The Power of The Dog director Jane Campion, and The Banshees of Inisherin director Martin McDonagh were also in attendance.
