Rachel McAdams is voicing her thoughts on The Notebook musical!

The 45-year-old actress starred opposite Ryan Gosling in the iconic 2004 romance film based on the book of the same name. A Broadway musical rendition of the story celebrated its opening night on March 14.

Ryan Vasquez, Joy Woods, and Jordan Tyson, John Cardoza, Maryann Plunkett, and Dorian Harewood are among the cast members.

Rachel, who is currently headlining her first Broadway production, Mary Jane, was recently asked about The Notebook musical.

The acclaimed revival of An Enemy of the People had a star-studded audience on opening night!

Jeremy Strong, Michael Imperioli, and Victoria Pedretti lead the the new Broadway production of the classic play, which opened on Monday night (March 18) at the Circle in the Square Theatre in New York City.

Stepping out to catch the performance were Rachel McAdams, Adam Driver, Kit Connor, Dan Stevens, Marisa Tomei, F. Murray Abraham, Micaela Diamond, Lisa Ann Walter, Tobias Menzies, Succession‘s Juliana Canfield, and longtime couple Rebecca Hall and Morgan Spector.

In An Enemy of the People, a small-town doctor (Strong) considers himself a proud, upstanding member of his close-knit community. When he discovers a catastrophe that risks the lives of everyone in town, he raises the alarm. But he is shaken to his core when those in power, including his own brother (Imperioli), not only try to silence him—they try to destroy him.

Rachel McAdams is just weeks away from making her Broadway debut!

The Oscar-nominated actress promoted her upcoming Broadway production of Mary Jane during a photo call on Thursday (March 7) in New York City.

Rachel wore a backless purple top and black pants for the event.

The play tells the story of a single mother in an impossible family situation. Faced with seemingly insurmountable odds, Mary Jane relies on unflagging optimism and humor, along with the wisdom of the women around her who have become a makeshift family, to take on each new day. But will inner strength and newfound friendships be enough to see her through?

Mary Jane begins performances on April 2 and you can get tickets now!

Mean Girls remains one of the most iconic teen movies, and that’s partly down to the all-around perfect casting choices that were made behind the scenes. Can you even imagine what it would have been like if the lineup of talent had been different!?
