Sandra Oh Reveals She 'Burst Out Crying' After Meeting Her Hero Yoko Ono

Sandra Oh happily stopped by The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on Thursday night (April 4) and opened the one time she met one of her heroes and got starstruck.

The 47-year-old Killing Eve star recalled how she’d bumped into Yoko Ono at LAX while heading into the lounge.

“I sit down and I look up and it’s Yoko Ono,” Sandra told Stephen, adding that she had to ask one of Ono’s assistants whether it would be okay to say hello: “I didn’t know I could bow so low, I could bow so low and say, ‘Hello, Yoko. It’s so nice to meet you.’”

“And then I was able to ask her before actually just posing in that photograph, I’m like, ‘Would that be all right?’ And she said ‘Okay,’” Sandra continued. “And I burst out crying. Burst out crying. I mean, not that much of a surprise.”
