Harrison Ford Remembers Sean Connery With Fitting 'Indiana Jones' Tribute

Harrison Ford is paying tribute to Sean Connery, who passed away over the weekend.

The two starred as son and father in the Indiana Jones franchise wrote a short, but fitting and touching goodbye to the 90-year-old legend.

“He was my father…not in life…but in Indy 3,’” Harrison shared in a statement to Variety. “You don’t know pleasure until someone pays you to take Sean Connery for a ride in the side car of a Russian motorcycle bouncing along a bumpy, twisty mountain trail and getting to watch him squirm.”

He added, “God, we had fun — if he’s in heaven, I hope they have golf courses. Rest in peace, dear friend.”

Many have paid tribute to Sean, including his James Bond successors, filmmakers, friends and many more.

His wife, Micheline Roquebrune, also opened up about Sean‘s health during the last few years of his life.
