Megan Thee Stallion Wins Award, Performs 'Body' for First Time at American Music Awards 2020!

Megan Thee Stallion hits the stage to accept an award at the 2020 American Music Awards, which is airing on Sunday (November 22) and taking place at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.

The 25-year-old rapper won the award for Favorite Song – Rap/Hip-Hop for “WAP,” which she shares with Cardi B.

Megan also hit the stage during the show for the first-ever televised performance of her new song “Body” and it was so hot. Unfortunately, photos from the performance haven’t been released yet. Thankfully, we do have some GIFs, which you can see below.

Megan released the music video for “Body” just a couple days ago and it features a bunch of celebrity cameos, including the AMAs host Taraji P. Henson.

At the beginning of the show, Taraji paid homage to Megan by doing a dance to “Savage,” the rapper’s first big hit song.

Megan‘s debut album Good News was released earlier this weekend and it’s a must listen.

Stay tuned for more coverage from the awards show!
