Dionne Warwick Picks This Singer to Play Her in Potential Biopic!

Dionne Warwick is ready to turn her life into a project for the small screen!

The 80-year-old music icon took to her Twitter on Wednesday (December 16) to share a video directed to Netflix with a pitch to turn her life into a show.

She also revealed who she would want to play her in this potential project: Teyana Taylor!

“This is a case for @netflix,” Dionne captioned the video, where she asked if people would really watch a series about her life. “Please don’t ask who I would cast to play me as it would obviously be @TEYANATAYLOR.”

The 30-year-old rapper/dancer then responded with “🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾”

Not long after Dionne posted the video, Netflix caught wind of the tweet, responding, “taking ✍️ notes ✍️..”

Dionne then replied to Netflix with “I’ll call ya!”
