Drew Barrymore Bursts Into Tears With David Letterman's Birthday Surprise - Watch!

Drew Barrymore is emotional, and it’s because of David Letterman!

The late night superstar surprised the Drew Barrymore Show host on her 46th birthday surprise show, which airs in full on Monday (February 22).

During the surprise, Dave pretended not to be able to Zoom into the show before walking out in-person onto the stage.

“I’m so grateful that you came here,” Drew cried.

The two are longtime friends, and she appeared on Letterman‘s Late Show 20 times, including her most talked-about appearance in 1995, when she flashed him to mark his 48th birthday.

Special guest Savannah Guthrie spent the hour with Drew surprising her with guests including Cameron Diaz and Steven Spielberg with special appearances by Jimmy Fallon, Gwyneth Paltrow and Chelsea Handler, among many more.
