It's a Big News Day for Kaitlyn Dever - New Series Announced, 'Monsterland' Trailer Revealed, New Song Released!

Kaitlyn Dever fans were treated to a lot of great news today!

The 23-year-old Golden Globe-nominated actress, who is about to start filming the Dear Evan Hansen movie, was just cast in an exciting limited series for Hulu, the trailer for her other Hulu series was revealed, and she even dropped a new song.

Kaitlyn just booked the lead role opposite Michael Keaton in the upcoming eight-episode limited series Dopesick, which will follow America’s struggle with opioid addiction. Deadline reports that she will play “proud female coal miner and patient of Keaton’s Dr. Finnix. They have a close relationship that is tested with the release of the new painkiller OxyContin.”

Another Hulu project that Kaitlyn worked on will be released next month and the trailer was just revealed. She is starring in season one of the upcoming horror anthology series Monsterland. All eight episodes premiere on Hulu on Friday, October 2. Watch the new trailer below!

Kaitlyn‘s band Beulahbelle, which includes her younger sister Mady, just dropped their brand new song “Being You,” which you can listen to below.

Kaitlyn & Mady Dever Debut Their Band Beulahbelle's First Official Single, 'Raleigh'! (Video)

Kaitlyn and Mady Dever have just debuted the first official single and music video from their band, Beulahbelle!

The Golden Globe-nominated Booksmart star and her sister Mady have released “Raleigh” along with its accompanying music video directed by themselves.

The track was produced and mixed by musician, record producer, and A&R executive Tony Berg. “To have the privilege of collaborating with Tony on a song Kaitlyn and I have been working on for years is beyond exciting,” Mady said in a statement. “The process of finally getting into the recording studio, trying new things and watching it come to fruition is such a rewarding experience.”

Kaitlyn adds, “‘Raleigh‘ is a song Mady and I wrote years ago, and we dreamed of releasing it as our first single. The opportunity to partner with a legend like Tony was a dream come true and we are excited to finally share our music with the world.”

The musical duo – made up of sisters Kaitlyn and Mady Dever – just released their cover of the iconic Christmas songs “Silent Night” and “Auld Lang Syne.”

recently had three tracks featured on the soundtrack for Charlize Theron‘s latest film Tully.

The ladies recently teased, ““We’ve been working on new material and we’re excited to release more originals in the new year!”

Listen to Beulahbelle's 'Let You Go' From 'Tully' Soundtrack!

Beulahbelle has dropped a brand-new single called “Let You Go!”

The musical duo – made up of sisters Kaitlyn and Mady Dever – released the track as part of the Tully soundtrack.

They both composed and performed the music for feature film directed by Jason Reitman.

The sisters also revealed the “Let You Go (Alt. Version)” on Friday (May 11).

The Tully soundtrack includes a total of three Beulahbelle songs. Besides “Let You Go,” they performed two different covers of “You Only Live Twice,” originally performed by Nancy Sinatra as the theme song to the 1967 James Bond film of the same name.
