Hugh Jackman is mourning the death of his beloved dog Dali.

Dali passed away on Friday night (August 5), just one month shy of his 12th birthday.

“It’s a very sad day for our family. Dali, our beloved Frenchie, passed away last night,” Hugh wrote on Instagram. “He would’ve been 12 next month … which I’m told is a long life for this breed. I always, always called him the ROCKSTAR. Because he was! He marched to the beat of his own drum, was beloved by the whole world, and boy did he have a good life. We will miss him but know he’s howling in heaven, ruling the roost and enjoying the all you can eat buffet. RIP Dali Rockstar Jackman. We love you!”

Hugh was frequently spotted on walks with Dali in New York City throughout the years. Check out a photo in the gallery.

Chace Crawford is putting his superhero muscles on display!

The 36-year-old actor, who plays superhero The Deep on the Amazon Prime Video series The Boys, was spotted taking his dog for a walk around the neighborhood on Thursday (April 7) in Los Feliz, Calif.

In a new interview with EW, Chace said he didn’t think he’d be able to work again after doing the first season of The Boys.

Season three co-star Jensen Ackles said, “I remember reading that stuff [in the script] and you sent me a text message. And I have to go find it, but I think it was something like, ‘I don’t know how I’m gonna be able to work after this.’”

Chace confirmed, “I think I did send that.”
