If you forgot, in 2004 the 41-year-old “Private Show” pop star married her childhood friend while they were in Las Vegas. The marriage was annulled after only 55 hours.

In her forthcoming memoir The Woman in Me, Britney spilled some details about the nuptials, including why she got married. She also revealed something major that she learned in the aftermath.

Broadway actress Lilli Cooper just celebrated the opening night of her new play The Cottage and she was asked about her former co-star Ethan Slater while on the red carpet.

Lilli was joined by co-stars Eric McCormack, Laura Bell Bundy, Alex Moffat, Nehal Joshi, and Dana Steingold at the opening night performance of The Cottage on Monday (July 24) in New York City.

Director Jason Alexander and writer Sandy Rustin also joined them on the carpet.

The Cottage is “an outrageous tale of sex, betrayal, and desire as one woman decides to expose her latest affair to both her husband — and to her lover’s wife.
