Jim Carrey & Ben Schwartz Celebrate 'Sonic The Hedgehog' Premiere in London!

Jim Carrey and Ben Schwartz share a laugh together while hitting the red carpet together at the UK Gala screening of their latest film Sonic The Hedgehog held at Vue Westfield on Thursday (January 30) in London, England.

The 58-year-old actor and Ben, 38, were joined at the event by the film’s director Jeff Fowler and producer Neal H. Moritz.

The film is a live-action adventure comedy based on the global blockbuster videogame franchise from Sega that centers on the infamously brash bright blue hedgehog. The film follows the (mis)adventures of Sonic as he navigates the complexities of life on Earth with his newfound – human – best friend Tom Wachowski (James Marsden). Sonic and Tom join forces to try and stop the villainous Dr. Robotnik (Carrey) from capturing Sonic and using his immense powers for world domination.

Jim Carrey Celebrates 'Sonic The Hedgehog' Family Day Event in Berlin - Watch New Clip!

Jim Carrey is all smiles as he hits the carpet at the Sonic the Hedgehog Family Day Event held at the Zoo Palast on Tuesday (January 28) in Berlin, Germany.

The 58-year-old actor was accompanied at the event by the film’s director Jeff Fowler as they promoted the flick overseas.

Paramount Pictures has just released another clip the forthcoming live-action adaptation of Sonic the Hedgehog, featuring Jim Carrey as Dr. Robotnik as he traps our titular video game speedster along with James Marsden and Tika Sumpter in the middle of deadly drones.

James Marsden Brings Son William & Daughter Mary to 'Sonic The Hedgehog' Family Day Event!

James Marsden is making a rare appearance with two of his kids!

The 46-year-old actor was joined by daughter Mary, 14, and son William, 7, at the Sonic the Hedgehog Family Day Event on Saturday afternoon (January 25) at the Paramount Theatre in Hollywood, Calif.

James was also joined by longtime girlfriend Edei at the event.

James‘ co-stars Jim Carrey, Ben Schwartz, and Tika Sumpter also attended the event along with the movie’s director Jeff Fowler.

James Marsden Will Star in 'Sonic the Hedgehog' Movie

James Marsden is set to star in Paramount’s live-action/animation hybrid movie Sonic the Hedgehog!

The 44-year-old Westworld actor will head to the big screen for the adaptation of the classic video game, Variety reports.

Paramount secured the film rights to the 1991 Sega game last year.

Jeff Fowler will direct, and Deadpool director Tim Miller will serve as an executive producer.

The game features a hedgehog named Sonic on a mission to defeat Doctor Robotnik, a scientist who has imprisoned animals in robots and stolen magical Chaos Emeralds.

The film is set for a November 15, 2019, release date, marking the first time Sonic has ever been adapted for the big screen.
