Justin Timberlake‘s new album Everything I Thought It Was is out in the world now and he celebrated its release with a star-studded party in Los Angeles.

The 43-year-old singer hosted his album release party on Thursday night (March 14) at Dan Tana’s in West Hollywood, Calif.

In addition to Justin and his wife Jessica Biel, attendees included NSYNC members JC Chasez, Lance Bass, and Chris Kirkpatrick.

Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo are channeling their Wicked characters on the red carpet at the 2024 Academy Awards on Sunday (March 10) at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood.

If you don’t know, Cynthia is playing Elphaba and Ariana is portraying Glinda – and they represented their roles in green and pink! Part one will hit theaters this coming November, with part 2 expected next November!

The Wiz is getting so close to premiering on Broadway, but first the national tour is playing in Los Angeles.

Wayne Brady and Deborah Cox are leading the Broadway-bound revival of the beloved musical and they celebrated opening night at the Pantages Theatre on Wednesday (February 14) in Hollywood.

They were joined by co-stars Nichelle Lewis, Melody A. Betts, Kyle Ramar Freeman, Phillip Johnson Richardson, and Avery Wilson at the opening night celebration.

Some of the celebs who stepped out to support the opening night performance included Cynthia Erivo and partner Lena Waithe, Sheryl Lee Ralph, Gina Torres, Amber Ruffin, Robin Thede, and Kandi Burress.

The Wiz is currently playing at the Pantages Theatre through March 3. The production will then begin performances on Broadway on March 29. The second leg of the North American tour will begin in February 2025.

The 2023 Gotham Awards ceremony is officially kicking off awards season and so many A-list celebrities were in attendance!

The awards ceremony was held on Monday night (November 27) at Cipriani Wall Street in New York City.

In the past, the Gothams only celebrated independent films, but they have removed the requirement that all projects are made for under $35 million. Now, some of the contenders this year include big budget movies like Barbie.

The awards show also took away gendered acting categories, opting for an Outstanding Lead Performance category and an Outstanding Supporting Performance category with 10 nominees in each one.

Billy Porter went glam in a shiny silver ensemble!

The 53-year-old actor stepped out for the Debbie Allen “Remember My Name” Ball in Los Angeles on Saturday night (August 19).

Billy met up with Debbie, her daughter Vivian Nixon, Lena Waithe, and Jordan Cooper for the event, which benefited students of the Debbie Allen Dance Academy and House Lives Matter.

Just recently, Billy has been speaking out and opening up about his split from husband Adam Smith.

Billy has also sounded off on the impact of the WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes, revealing that he has had to put his house on the market to sell because of them.

Earlier last week, he called out Vogue for one of their most controversial covers.

The cast of the new Disney+ movie Chase Can Dunk stepped out for the world premiere!

Newcomers Bloom Li and Chase Liefield were joined by co-stars Dexter Darden, Ben Wang, Zoe Renee, Mardy Ma, and Eric Anthony Lopez on Monday night (March 6) in Burbank, Calif.

Also at the premiere were writer and directer Jingyi Shao plus producers Lena Waithe and Rishi Rajani.

Chang Can Dunk follows Chang, a 16-year-old, Asian American high school student in the marching band, who bets the school basketball star that he can dunk by Homecoming. The bet leads the 5 ’8″ Chang on a quest to find the hops he needs to dunk in order to impress his crush, Kristy, and finally gain the attention and respect of his high school peers. But before he can rise up and truly throw one down, he’ll have to reexamine everything he knows about himself, his friendships and his family.

The film will be streaming on Disney+ on March 10.
