He was also sentenced to undergo two years of supervised release, pay a $250,000 fine and complete 250 hours of community service.

He attended the hearing virtually in a suit and remained quiet during the sentencing, the outlet reported.

Federal prosecutors previously asked the judge to sentence Lori to two months, and Mossimo to five months, in a sentencing memo that follows their agreed plea deals earlier in the week. The memo also recommended a $150,000 fine and 100 hours of community service for Lori, and a $250,000 fine and 250 hours of community service for Mossimo.

Lori and Mossimo were charged back in 2019 with one count each of conspiracy to commit federal programs bribery, as well as money laundering conspiracy charges, conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, and honest services mail and wire fraud.

On May 22, Lori pled guilty to a count of conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud. Mossimo pled guilty to a count of conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud, and a count of honest services wire and mail fraud.

They were accused of paying $500,000 to Rick Singer and Key Worldwide Foundation to falsely portray their daughters Olivia Jade, 20, and Isabella Rose, 21, as recruits for the University of Southern California crew team, despite never having played the sport.

The press release also revealed their punishment, saying, “Under the terms of Loughlin’s plea agreement, the parties have agreed to a sentence, subject to the Court’s approval, of two months in prison, a $150,000 fine and two years of supervised release with 100 hours of community service. Lori Loughlin's Daughters Pose on Rowing Machines in New Photos Released by Prosecutors

The photos of Lori Loughlin‘s daughters, Olivia Jade and Bella Giannulli, posing on rowing machines have been released.

The infamous pics – snapped by the 55-year-old Fuller House actress and her husband Mossimo Giannulli – were revealed by federal prosecutors in response to the couple’s motion to dismiss their criminal college admissions scandal case, TMZ reports.

They feature YouTuber Olivia, 20, and Bella, 21, posing on on ERG machines with their faces blurred.

According to prosecutors, on September 7, 2016, Mossimo sent Rick Singer, the man at the center of the scandal, an email with Olivia‘s rowing photo. The email was reportedly in response to Rick asking for the pic in a previous email, reading, “It would probably help to get a picture with her on an ERG in workout clothes like a real athlete too.”

Bella‘s rowing photo was attached to an email sent to Rick on July 28, 2017, which Lori Loughlin is cc’d on.

Prosecutors note that neither Olivia Jade nor Bella Giannulli were actually on crew teams and that the pics were part of the scheme to get them admitted into USC, along with $50,000 to USC’s athletic program and $200,000 to Rick‘s foundation. The couple says the checks were donations, not bribes.
