It’s officially awards season! Who’s tuning in to watch?

The stars are stepping out in Hollywood, all vying for various prestigious awards handed out by different institutions celebrating the best in music, television and movies.

Throughout the next few months, there will be plenty of ceremonies celebrating the talents of our favorite entertainers, although they all command varying numbers in terms of viewership.

Madonna, Britney Spears & Christina Aguilera's VMAs Performance Revisited: See 3 Other Pop Stars Considered & the Requested Edit From 1 Star's Team

Madonna, Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera‘s performance at the 2003 MTV VMAs is the sort of pop culture history that we are incapable of forgetting.

The performance featured some of the most iconic pop stars of all time, which was enough to make it iconic. However, it was elevated to another level after the Queen of Pop pulled in the two younger Princesses for a televised kiss.

Believe it or not, the performance turned 20 just ahead of the 2023 MTV VMAs back in August. In a new series of retrospectives, we learned some major details about the show-opener.

Chiefly, it was revealed that three other pop stars were considered for the Britney and Christina‘s roles. In fact, it was even alleged that one of the other musicians was initially booked alongside the “Toxic” pop star before she had to drop out.

It was also revealed that one big edit was requested to the performance after it first aired.

Tiffany Haddish is opening up about “photobombing” Doja Cat‘s MTV VMAs performance!

The 43-year-old actress and comedian stopped by SiriusXM’s The Morning Mash Up, and she spoke about a hilarious moment at the 2023 VMAs.

The hosts called Tiffany a “photobomb queen” and pointed out that she photobombed Doja Cat during her medley performance of “Attention,” “Paint The Town Red,” and “Demons.”

Tiffany Haddish knows that you’re talking about her after she went viral at the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards, and she has something to say in response.

If you missed it, the 43-year-old Girls Trip actress seemingly photobombed Shakira backstage while she was posing with her Video Vanguard Award. The pair posed for a staged photo together, too.

There was also a viral video of Tiffany seemingly chasing Shakira down while shouting her name.

SZA's Manager Calls Out VMA Artist of the Year Snub

SZA‘s manager is speaking out after she was snubbed in the Artist of the Year category at the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards.

The category this year included Beyoncé, Shakira, Nicki Minaj, Karol G, Doja Cat, and Taylor Swift, who ultimately took the victory. SZA‘s absence was surprising, given the incredible success of her album, SOS.
