Brooklyn Nine-Nine is sure to have a resurgence in popularity as the comedy series just debuted on Netflix this week!

The comedy series ran for eight seasons total, with the first five airing on Fox, before getting canceled. NBC then picked up the series for a sixth season, followed by two more season renewals.

Here’s a synopsis: Sergeant Jeffords and detectives Peralta, Santiago and Diaz lead a loveable and offbeat squad that must get its act together when their precinct gets a new boss: the no-nonsense, unflappable Captain Holt.

The show starred Andy Samberg, Stephanie Beatriz, Terry Crews, Melissa Fumero, Joe Lo Truglio, Chelsea Peretti, the late Andre Braugher, Dirk Blocker and Joel McKinnon Miller.

Throughout it’s run, Brooklyn Nine-Nine was nominated for many awards, and even won several, including Golden Globes for Best Television Series – Musical or Comedy and Best Actor – Television Series Musical or Comedy for Andy Samberg, Creative Arts Emmy Awards for Outstanding Stunt Coordination, Critics’ Choice Television Awards for Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series for Andre Braugher and more.

The first four seasons of Brooklyn Nine-Nine are on Netflix, while you can watch all eight seasons on Peacock.

The hit Disney movie Encanto will be getting two live performances at the 2022 Oscars!

Sebastian Yatra will be performing the song “Dos Oruguitas,” which is up for Best Original Song. It was also just confirmed that the five members of the film’s cast, along with three music superstars, will be performing the hit song “We Don’t Talk About Bruno.”

This will mark the first-ever live performance of the song, which was written by Oscar nominee Lin-Manuel Miranda.

The night of the 2022 National Board of Review Awards Gala has arrived and lots of stars stepped out on the red carpet!

Bradley Cooper and King Richard stars Will Smith and Aunjanue Ellis were among the celebs who walked the red carpet at the event on Tuesday night (March 15) at Cipriani 42nd Street in New York City.

Throughout the last 30 years, the winner of the Best Picture award at the National Board of Review Awards has gone on to receive an Oscar nomination every year except for three times.

The award winners were announced back in early December 2021.

Ariana DeBose makes a fashion statement in a chic black gown while arriving at the 2022 Costume Designers Guild Awards on Wednesday night (March 9) in Santa Monica, Calif.

The 31-year-old Oscar nominated actress was joined by Encanto‘s Stephanie Beatriz, Judith Light and And Just Like That star Karen Pittman at the event.

Ariana was also seen with West Side Story costume designer Paul Tazewell on the red carpet.

The CDGA honors the achievement of excellence in Costume Design in film, television, and short form design.

Earlier this week, Ariana was spotted at a few other pre-Oscar events, and at one, she opened up about possibly hosting the award show herself one day.

FYI: Ariana wore a Moschino dress with a Natalie Mills ring for the event.
