Billy Crudup Brings 20-Year-Old Son Will to Critics Choice Awards, Thanks Him for Speech Advice!

Billy Crudup had some sweet words to share about his 20-year-old son Will Parker at the 2024 Critics Choice Awards.

The 55-year-old actor won Best Supporting Actor in a Drama Series at the event on Sunday (January 14) at the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, Calif.

Billy won for his work on The Morning Show and during his acceptance speech, he shared some wisdom he received from his son that morning.

Mary-Louise Parker is Joined by Her Kids at Tony Awards 2020

Mary-Louise Parker has the support of her kids on her big night!

The 57-year-old actress was joined by her son William and daughter Caroline on the red carpet at the 2020 Tony Awards on Sunday (September 26) at the Winter Garden Theatre in New York City.

Mary-Louise is nominated tonight for Best Actress in a Play for her role in The Sound Inside. She previously won this award back in 2001 for her role in Proof.

If Mary-Louise wins the award again, she will be only the eighth performer to win two trophies in the category!

Even though we’re in 2021, this is actually the 2020 Tony Awards because it’s the ceremony delayed from June 2020. The awards show will honor the best of Broadway’s 2019-20 season!

Billy Porter, Tony Shalhoub & More Step Out To Support 'A Soldier's Play' Broadway Opening!

Billy Porter keeps it chic as he strikes a pose on the red carpet at the opening night for A Soldier’s Play held at the American Airlines Theater on Tuesday (January 21) in New York City.

The 50-year-old Pose star was joined at the event by The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel‘s Tony Shalhoub and his wife Brooke Adams, Weeds star Mary Louise Parker and her son William Parker, Magic Johnson and his wife Cookie, Kate Walsh, Sunny Hostin, Phylicia Rashad and Cicely Tyson as they all stepped out to show their support.

Also in attendance were the cast of the play David Alan Grier, Blair Underwood, Nnamdi Asomugha, Jerry O’Connell, McKinley Belcher III, Rob Demery, Jared Grimes, Billy Eugene Jones, Nate Mann, Warner Miller, J. Alphonse Nicholson, and Lee Aaron Rosen.

A Soldier’s Play follows an officer’s race against his white leadership to unravel the crime of a black sergeant’s murder. A hair-raising mystery set in 1944, the play is seen on Broadway for the first time.

Mary-Louise Parker's Kids Join Her for Rare Appearance at Broadway Opening!

The 55-year-old actress Tony and Emmy-winning actress rarely makes public appearances with both of her kids. The last time was at her previous Broadway opening for Heisenberg in 2016!

William, 15, is Mary-Louise‘s son with ex-boyfriend Billy Crudup and he was named after his dad. Caroline was adopted from Ethiopia as a baby girl in 2007.

Also joining Mary-Louise at the party was her co-star from The Sound Inside, Will Hochman. The two of them are earning rave reviews for their performances in the new play, which is now running through January 12.

Mary-Louise Parker Brings Son William To 'When We Rise' NYC Premiere!

Mary-Louise Parker made the screening of her brand new limited series When We Rise a family affair by bringing her 13-year-old son William along with her as she hit the carpet at The Metrograph on Wednesday (February 22) in New York City.

The 52-year-old actress was joined at the screening by director and producer Dustin Lance Black, and co-stars T.R. Knight, Emily Skeggs, Maddie Corman, Fiona Dourif, Justin Sams and Charles Socarides.

When We Rise, which is set to premiere on Monday (February 27) chronicles the personal and political struggles, set-backs and triumphs of a diverse family of LGBT men and women who helped pioneer one of the last legs of the U.S. Civil Rights movement from its turbulent infancy in the 20th century to the once unfathomable successes of today. The period piece tells the history of the gay rights movement, starting with the Stonewall Riots in 1969 – Watch the trailer here!

Mary-Louise Parker gets ready to take a bow during the opening night curtain call of her brand new Broadway play Heisenberg held at The Samuel J. Friedman Theatre on Thursday (October 13) in New York City.

The 52-year-old actress then switched into a dress to attend the opening night after party at Copacabana alongside her co-star Denis Arndt, and her family – mother Caroline Louise Morelli Parker, son William Atticus Crudup and daughter Caroline Aberash Parker.

In Heisenberg, amidst the bustle of a crowded London train station, Georgie (Parker) spots Alex (Arndt), a much older man, and plants a kiss on his neck. This electric encounter thrusts these two strangers into a life-changing game – The play is set to run through December 11!
